Support for foundry
Currently foundry compiled contracts are not supported on ethcode. Objective for this issue is to add comprehensive support for foundry projects
- Load foundry compiled projects
- Compile files when change
- Run foundry tests when files are changed and re-compiled
- Connect with anvil forked blockchain network
