page to view notification instead of just the current "show unread count"
probably going to be accessed from the little menu that shows upo when the notifications button is currently pressed
still thinking of:
- should double-click on the symbol lead to the page, and not just the view button?
- should clicking on a notification close it or open the notification page, or should we do double clicking?
