Problem/Use Case

A new detector and settings that can detect start and end frames / duration of segment of solid any color frames in a video.

Any solid color frames is one main use case, but being able to detect solid color "non-value" sections of videos is super useful and valuable in then being able to isolate and filter out those "non-value" parts of the video vs the "value" content parts.

I will add more detail and notes etc to this feature request.

Solutions

I am not sure exactly, @Breakthrough asked me to submit a few feature requests and this is one of them.

Proposed Implementation:

We tried a lot of different combination of the available detectors and trying to get the settings right with these detectors but we were never able to get it working as described above.
