IE View Password - highlighted password field with delete 'x'when shown

When you view the password, the panel opens with the password highlighted and a delete X button in the panel.

The X button should either not be there - or when it is clicked pop up a confirmation window.  You can accidentally click the X and lose your password. ( it is ctrl-z recoverable, but that mat not be known by the avg user )

Might be IE specific - can't reproduce in chrome.
