Integration of HRDCNA module in liquid_biopsy subworkflow #40

Description of feature
The HRDCNA module has been successfully integrated into the solid_biopsy subworkflow for computing the HRDCNA score. It would be interesting to assess the possibility of extending this functionality to the liquid_biopsy workflow from ichorCNA output. This would allow consistent HRDCNA score computation across both solid and liquid biopsy.
