Objective

Execute patch release 0.1.2 to fix critical configuration property bug.

Prerequisites

• Bug fix issue completed (config property mismatch)
• Code changes committed to release/0.1 branch
• All tests passing
• Version bumped to 0.1.2 in code

Procedure

Follow standard patch release procedure documented in:

• releasehx/.agent/docs/skills/product-release-rollback-and-patching.md
• releasehx/.agent/docs/skills/product-release-procedure.md

Success Criteria

• ReleaseHx 0.1.2 published to RubyGems
• Docker image published as docopslab/releasehx:0.1.2 and :latest
• Issuer 0.3.0 can successfully generate its release notes with new version
• No regressions in existing functionality
