Debug instruction issue

I am following the steps of the "Shorter-Term Approach" here to debug one of my module. Upon checking with Adrien, we found a issue with the 4-step approach is it fails to load the latest version of the revised function—that is, the prior iteration of the function is loaded.

Adrien suggested restarting R which empties the whole global environment each time a function is updated. But this makes step 4 a little outdated.

We hope "Shorter-Term Approach" can be updated to reflect the above. Thanks.
