Add Support to Customize Dependencies

The application works really well but I would like to configure it to generate a template with custom dependencies. So if I add the dependency once, everytime I generate a new project, it will have that dependency. This is good for stuff like Mod Menu or AuthMe which are good for all projects in general as a runtime dependency.
