Suggestion: Rendering for cameras that have been removed #94

Sometimes, efforts to get cameras removed are successful (e.g., in Cambridge, Massachusetts). What should the map depict in those cases? If someone deletes the icons from the map, then the success story isn't apparent. Also, someone who previously saw the icons might think, "I've been avoiding that street for a year and I didn't have to? I could have sworn there was an icon there" or even, "Was the icon maliciously or accidentally deleted, but the camera is still there?"

How about showing a modified camera icon, such as with a green "X" through it? It might also be nice for the person reporting the removal to have an opportunity to supply a link to a relevant statement or news article about the removal. That might help people learn from past successes.
