GO UI Library url

Currently we redirect the go-user-library.ifrc.org is redirected to Wiki.

We should use this url to show the GO Storybook.

Both on ifrc side (CNAME was set to domains.chromatic.com), both in the chromatic admin page was set the needed change (go-user-library.ifrc.org).
Still there is an SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT.
There is a Prerequisit: Pro plan subscription
I am not sure that we have that. And that the "Issuing certificate" will be ok due to all ifrc.org should be one of Digicert.
