In release/crtm_jedi_v2.4.1: Get_CRTM_Binary_Files.sh untars data to different directory name, fails

Get_CRTM_Binary_Files.sh successfully retrieves tar file fix_REL-2.4.1_latest.tgz.

When unpacking the tar file, it creates a directory called fix_REL-2.4.1_20221109, not fix_REL-2.4.1_latest

Get_CRTM_Binary_Files.sh then attempts to move the wrong directory name to the "fix" directory.

Thanks Ben. By the way, I’m Glenn Grant (60south on GitHub), and I work with Johnny Hendricks at Orbital Micro Systems. Right now I’m just exploring CRTM and MIRS, trying to wrap my head around everything. Is CRTM release/crtm_jedi_v2.4.1 ready for use? Strongly recommend using CRTMv3 if you're starting fresh.

Recommend working out of the develop branch.

v2.4.1 was not intended to be used for anything other than JEDI/UFO.
