Registration button not working

Describe the bug
This was my first ever attempt at setting up this project management tool. I kept clicking on the 'register' button but nothing kept happening. I eventually thought about: "What if I just did the URL of: "http://192.168.1.200:3333/register"? and it worked! I could then register on my self hosted docker.

My point here, is that the documentation just need to be updated on the readme file. Once that is explained, then this should be 'worked-around' for the time being. ;)
