Problem

In datasets, the dataset names are inconsistent even for the same datasets from 2 different years.

Example 1:

- Location Vs Revenue Vs Visitor Count
- Location Vs Revenue Vs Visitors Count

Example 2:

- Cadre Management Of Ministry Of Foreign Affairs
- Cadre Management Of Ministry Of Foreign Relations

This names used to represent 2 datasets which are under the same category. but the dataset names are inconsistent by s.
