Can't install on Windows 10; Infinite git clone for 'lua'

Ok so I'm trying to install luadist on windows 10 18290 Pro(Insider) downloaded all dependencies but when running bootstrap.bet when it gets to:
-- Configuring done -- Generating done -- Build files have been written to: C:/Users/user/_bootstrap/_bootstrap/tmp [ 1%] Performing download step (git clone) for 'lua' Cloning into 'lua'...
it's like infinite process. First time i gave it like 40-50 mins and still it did not change anything and nothing changed except for creating tmp directory and that's all :( Whats going on?
