Doesn't appear to work on new Win11 laptop

We originally installed Classic Shell & then Open Shell on our Win desktop computer. I tried to install it tonight on our new Win11 laptop & it doesn't appear to have made any changes to the interface. I thought I was picking Class Win7 interface. I did manage to change the ugly desktop to our own photo but I think otherwise it's looking like Win11.

Might this be due to KB5077181? Since my personal and my work computers installed this yesterday, my Classic Explorer doesn't work any more either.
