Synthetic Stream doesn't mimic correct sampling rate for board channels

Problem

If we stream a synthetic 16 channel board the sampling rate is 250

Expected

I'd expect the sampling rate to be 125 which is the actual sampling rate of the 16 channel board - cyton + daisy. This would be a more accurate synthetic replication of the boards and better for building and testing.

Perhaps this is just a UX decision since this is brainflows general synthetic board and not a true emulation of the openbci boards
