Not able to build & run console

I tried step 3 in https://www.yuque.com/powerjob/en/sq8uml#tgMGS
When executing: "npm install" I am getting a bunch of deprecated warnings and errors.
e.g.

把 node-sass 换成 dart-sass 就好了
