Include additional node deployment pitfall examples

- Invalid redirect_uri: incorrectly configured hostname
- After entering credentials, keycloak shows a sign in error: client ID/secret mismatch between node UI and keycloak
- `helm uninstall` + `helm install` giving same error: PVCs weren't removed
