Reorganizing the README

Hi team, could you make the readme a little easier to read? There is a lot of text in singular font size. I suggest, at the minimum, using a reduced font size/lighter color for the implementation steps compared to the description. Look at some great examples here: https://github.com/matiassingers/awesome-readme and let's organize this to be a really professional looking toolkit README.
