foreground color displays as background color?

Sorry for several creating issues at once, I thought each issues as a separate ticket may be easier to manage. 🤓

Maybe I've missed something obvious, but applying a foreground color (in the theme override file) seems to apply it to the background?

This is a bug in the Sublime API add_regions It was never intended to actually provide color capabilities. However, they also have never fixed it to support it correctly.sublimehq/sublime_text#817

The solution for now, is to change the background value. To be slightly different. Perhaps change the alpha value
