missing file ‘datExpr_134s.txt’ when running step1 for LME model

Dear Pro.
I’m reading your paper titled “Genome-wide integrative analysis of circular RNA dysregulation and the corresponding circular RNA-microRNA-mRNA regulatory axes in autism”. I am very interested in the method you mentioned in your paper and try to follow your research. But when I run the code in step1 for LME model . I found that the file "datExpr_134s.txt" is missing. Can you provide it for me? Thank you so much.

Hi,
Since the sizes of the files (datExpr_134s.txt and DEcirc_mRNA_spearman.txt) are over the limitation of GitHub (50Mb), we deposited these two files in our FTP site at ftp://treeslab1.genomics.sinica.edu.tw/treeslabtools/circRNA_ASD.
