New fiducial doc pages

There are a few hidden fiducial legacy pages on the new wiki that were imported from the old learn docs:

• https://learn.ubiquityrobotics.com/fiducial_follow_app

I'm thinking we should probably consolidate and rework these into one complete general guide on fiducials (that would be listed somewhere in the Quick Start section), featuring both stag and aruco while leaving the breadcrumb specifics in the conveyorbot section, as it is right now on the fiducial markers page.

All of this is mostly up to the breadcrumb team to decide and implement.
