发生了什么? | What happened?

When /rc gswitch or /rc rswitch disable at the time of /rc gradient and /rc random is enable, it will cause chat can't appear.
For example when I enable /rc random and /rc rswitch Chat can still appear, but when turning off /rc rswitch at the time of /rc random is still active then chat can not appear

TShock 5.2.4以上版本需要删除原本的tshock.sqlite，以此新注册的玩家才能正常使用插件，很多插件在新版本中都是如此。

I've tried it on Tshock 5.2.4 Net6 and Net9 and I made a new server, but it remains the same bug
