Turn "Testimonials" block into a slider #8

I want to turn the Testimonials block (located on the About page) into a slider that displays 3 testimonials at a time. We need to insert left & right arrows on either side of the testimonials for navigation.
New testimonials will be added to this slider via the "Leave a Testimonial" form (located on its own separate page).
