arm32v7 images

Could you also add images for arm32v7? I see you already have aarch64 images.

I dont use github workflow, so im not sure if this is available there.
Probably it would be enough to add ",linux/arm/v7" here: https://github.com/anope/anope-docker/blob/5344bdeeb95eff11ce30f57c1d719ae242e05fad/.github/workflows/build-container.yml#L40
