Failure trying to run chroot

I'm trying to make Raspbian image on the Raspberry Pi but I have debootstrap "Failure trying to run: chroot /home/pi/spindle/my_spindle_chroot mount -t proc proc /proc" problem. debootstrap.log looks good. Pic: http://i.imgur.com/96JkHHl.png

I had problems with the version of debootstrap I was using. Once downgraded to 1.0.39 everything worked correctly.

It will not help. Thing is how to run the mount utility.
