It's reminiscent of the small-caps style of the old Boost website which I remember caused some problems (couldn't faithfully represent C++ identifiers). Even though that doesn't apply here, I think maybe beman doesn't want to be associated with that design.

I have to agree, now that you point it out. It's also a pain to type. @neatudarius @camio what do you think of all lower case instead: core.quality, core.production_ready, etc. This echos the stable name labels in the standard. Note that in stable names there is also no use of underscore as a delimeter since it's often difficult to see.

I'm OK to convert everything into lowercase (here and in infra repo).

If you are suggesting to remove underscore, I'm against that - check REPOSITORY.DISALLOW_GIT_SUBMODULES and RELEASE.GODBOLT_TRUNK_VERSION. I would like to keep expersivity with dot and underscores.
