[FEATURE]: Add Odin support (the syntax is similar to Go)

I'm using codebook with Odin by changing the language to Go and then back. It appears to work pretty good. Seems like an easy +1 supported language to the list of supported languages.

Oh, tree-sitter queries. I see how it is and why this isn't a simple ctrl-c ctrl-v. Alright, let's do it right. Quick question: I snooped through the crates/codebook/src/queries files and most of them use @comment, @identifier and @string capture names, but go.scm is all over the place. I grepped for them and I didn't see them referred to in the project code, so they can be whatever, right? Or did I miss it? Or are there future plans to use those?

Hey! Yes, the queries for tree sitter are... painful. But they are fast, and flexible enough, usually!

The query tags (@) are not used yet. However, there is an open issue to only check comments, which could be enabled by using the tags. So, I'd just say it's "best effort" to get at least the comment tags accurate. The current queries don't really make that consideration though.
