Make AlCaVal ticket send email to AlCaDB cmsTalk #23
Description
In order to minimize the steps to request an FTV, we could have the AlCaDB contacts to fill the AlCaVal ticket and when the ticket is submitted, make it automatically send an email to the AlCaDB cmsTalk with all the details about the FTV request.
This way the email with details that is usually sent before filling out the ticket would no longer be required. The contact would instead include all the details in the alcaval ticket making use of the Notes section, if necessary.
Points to consider:
- In case the ticket is edited, do not send an additional email to the list
- Consider inserting a field for including the indico link from the AlCaDB meeting where the update was requested
