Unsuccessful in installing plugins

Hi! I've been attempting to install phy2 plugins from this repository.
However, despite copying the plugins files to my phs directory, replacing phy_config.py and going over the instructions both in the phy and in the plugin repository, I cannot see any of the plugins features once I launch phi. The new shortcuts don't work as well.
Any advice on how to solve this?
