Executing correct query on the first try does not add it to the query history

When executing a query for the first time for the exercise "First space mission" it did not add it to the chain of queries. The when I switched to the "Results" tab to get feedback it showed as correct. After switching back to the "Task Description" there where three queries in the chain.

This also happens when the query is not correct.

To clarify, are you reporting that there are 3 attempts, although there should only be a single one, or is the bug that the query does not show up in the query history tab, next to the Results tab, as indicated by the title?

There was one query executed. No feedback showed up in the chain of queries. I switched to the "Results" tab. There I got feedback on the correctness of the query. Then I switched back to the "Task Description" tab and there where three queries.

ok, thanks for reporting and clarifying. I will try to reproduce this one.

Just now in the "Most frequent space port" exercise. I executed the query, there was no feedback. Then I switched to the "Result" tab. It showed that the query is correct. I switched back and the chain of queries is empty.
Switching back and forth again, results in the same as described in the earlier comments.
This also happens in the "Most active company" exercise.
