Incorrect import of model coordinates. When importing, the offset used in KiCad is usually applied, for example, as in the plugin https://github.com/dsa-t/jlc-kicad-lib-loader. This can be verified using the example of part C3000197 (offset along Z and Y), C6186 (rotation).
