Fix mobile column ordering on Developer-defined Infrastructure page

Current Behavior

When navigating through https://layer5.io/solutions/developer-defined-infrastructure page, on small devices, we can Cleary see that the order of Design Architecture Diagram section and Orchestration Management section are wrong. On those sections, the image is displayed first followed by the title and description. Which is misleading.

Desired Situation

The section title should come first followed by the text description then the image.
The design should remain the same on larger screen.
