Update bpftool-cgroup documentation w.r.t. attach types #95
Description
Attach types are using the legacy attach type names, but we switched to those used by libbpf in commit torvalds/linux@1ba5ad3. (Legacy attach type names are only kept for compatibility but are not longer recommended.) We should update the attach types in the doc.
