Add end seperator for signature hash

FsGuard currently reads the signature hash from ----begin second attach---- until the end of the file, this can cause issues if someone appends more data to FsGuard, and the hash becomes too long, which is why another seperator should be added, ---end second attach---, to clarify the end of the signature hash when reading it.
