Steps to reproduce

1. Open Terminal. This should be the only terminal open. (Maybe it works with more terminals open or if the terminal has been open for a while but I haven't tested)
2. Switch the zoom level with Ctrl++/- or Ctrl+Mouse Wheel
3. Lock the screen (for example with Win+L)
