• Update drawing logic and add latest seaborn version support
• CodonAnnotation feature to process seqs with any size
• Custom tree implementation
• new way of annotation from HGT
• integrate parrallelization from HGT project
• separate scripts for mutation collection and annotation
• improve tests
• add more docstrings
• add feature to calc the MutRate
• rename some functions and variables for better readability
