"Updating profile" popup shows folder's name instead of instance's name

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

Describe the bug

"Updating profile" popup shows folder's name instead of instance's name. So even if you rename the instance, it will continue to show folder's name. App restart doesn't help.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an instance
2. Rename it
3. Click "Update all" button to update all the instance's content (mods, shaders, etc). Or use any other method to cause "Updating profile" popup.
4. Popup will show the old name

Expected behavior

It should display instance's name, even if it got renamed and doesn't match folder's name
