Make setenv.bat to do not requiere config the full path app

Now its necessary to configure the full path of the app in the setenv.bat.

Ex. for the SB_Example1 Project:
At setenv.bat
SET APP_HOME=E:\nicRepos\SpringBanchStuff-master\SpringBanchStuff-master\SB_Example1\

it should be fixed to use the current path.
