This currently takes a long time ~10 seconds, for one location. This is without using the pivot_timestamp_utc |

It would be great to speed up the
GetLatestForecastsRequestby adding a possible filter on model_name / forecastersit would be great if we could add forecasters, but not the version of the forecaster, just the name
