Dont get 403 if not authenticated

Currently if we dont authenticate and try and protected route we dont get 403, we get a general error

@peterdudfield can we not just override the error to get 403? or disabling auto error maybe? i might be wrong though.

To be honest i dont know

tried every possible way to validate but locally it just gives 401, i guess only because i could not validate token

before #170 auth.py returned 401 for every auth failure

but auth0-fastapi-api library returns bad tokens as 400 by default, so i guess we can fix this by overriding the 400s of auth to 401 or 403 like done before
