[FR] App Tokens: allow admin to set App Tokens duration limit #2318

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm an IT specialist for a small company who recently switch to OpenCloud but I'm afraid of users setting "unlimited" App Token lifetime (set a token to end in 2080 is equal to unlimited) and so, being unable to correctly manage users permissions and resources access.
Describe the solution you'd like
Would you consider adding an ENV var in the main docker-compose file in order to limit App Tokens expiration date to +1 year or so?
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Enable App Tokens creation to only admin users
- Add the possibility to admin user to list and delete "classic" users App Tokens.
