IOS26 - no new VPN can established

I have the issue, that i cannot load a new config in wireguard with ios26
the config is fine with linux client

i found issues with ios 26 beta but not with the officeal release

the workarround with deactivate code is no option, the code deactivation is not possible to use, its inactiveted

have anyone the same problem?
have anyone an idea?
