can not work with Tickera Premium plugin

Looks like the Tickera Premium plugin is setting a session or cookie unnecessarily that interferes with Batcache, that is why cache is broken when the plugin is enabled. More info can be found here Cases like these should be reported to the plugin dev to review the issue.
