Add Option to Upload Local Image File (not URL)

Currently, we are required to upload a URL of our image, however this can be burdensome when we have a local file that we want to input.  

I suppose the alternative requires the user to upload the image to some public URL on the web.   Let me know if anyone thinks there is a better way around this with the current setup.
