[WS7] Decide fate of remory integration (5 files)

Decision: REMOVE from fork ✅

Remory integration (5 files in src/memory/) will be removed from the fork. A new approach to remory usage is coming that doesn't require fork-level integration.

Implementation

• Delete src/memory/ directory and all contents
• Remove any imports referencing memory/remory from other files
• Verify typecheck + tests pass after removal

Status: DECIDED — remove during next dev branch cleanup

✅ Removed. 5 files deleted (entire src/memory/ directory), 3 files edited (config.ts, config.test.ts, README.md). Typecheck pass, 1026 tests pass, verify.ts 29/29.
