Context
Currently relaxed CI controls (disabled pre-push hooks) for single-developer workflow efficiency.
When to Revisit
- When accepting external contributions
- When project has multiple active contributors
- When quality issues start appearing
Controls to Consider
- Pre-push typecheck hooks
- Pre-commit linting
- Required PR reviews
- Branch protection rules
- Automated test requirements
Current State
- Pre-push hooks: Bypassed with
--no-verify - Husky: Installed but not enforced
- Branch protection: None
Priority
Low - revisit when project gains traction.
