Change template insertion into Chai-1 #37
Description
In Chai-1 version 0.6.1 the template downloading logic was updated to use download_if_not_exists - therefore given we have the templates already, we might be able to pre-populate the templates and skip this step.
It might also allow us to use custom templates with Chai-1 - I'm not sure but it's worth exploring.
