Generate both md and rst

I often need to generate md and rst formatted output. But running it twice in a row takes twice as long. Should I just use pandoc to convert one to the other? Or maybe it could cache the data or have an option to generate two files.

It's supposed to already cache the data via requests_cache, but that doesn't seem to catch everything. I agree though, the use case you describe is something changelist should deal gracefully with in a way that doesn't waste time.

I guess this could also be resolved by just allowing to repeat --out multiple times. For example:

changelist org/repo v1 main --out notes.md --out notes.rst

Just need to make it interact well with the --format {rst,md} option.
