problems important + little cleanup

We cannot open a PR so instead we will list the changes we would like here.

1. Delete the script folder if possible it seems unused and causes confusion giving the init.sh and scripts/init.sh are different files.
2. It does not wait long enough for gitea to come online i would recommend 20 retries instead of the current 10 to ensure non false exit.
3. When gitea "fails to come online" the message is not particularly clear that the script failed i would recommend adding either an error marker ie "error: gitea failed to come online" and or explicitly saying "script failed exiting" so its clear that the script did not finnish properly.
